I can assist you with pricing, marketing, and selling your tiny home. I post the listings, field the questions, and only pass serious buyers on to you. Would you like help navigating tours, handling inspections, dealing with the DMV, transferring funds, and helping the buyer solve problems like financing and parking issues that prevent them from buying your home?
Perfect. That’s what I do.
Here’s the fine print.
My services are entirely remote, so while I can do most of the work, I can’t do everything. You will still need to take photos, give tours, and help me verify details about your home.
Here’s the other part of the fine print: While I would love to list every home, I simply can’t. Right now, I’m listing about 10% of the homes that come my way.
Whether or not I take a listing, has to do with whether or not the house meets certain criteria, and whether or not we agree on the price.
The good news? Even if your house doesn’t qualify, I can still help you sell your home with my Tiny Home Seller’s Kit.
